You can postpone or reschedule. If weather looks bad, you have a 48 window before your scheduled start time to make the call. If rain starts after we have left to your event, we follow our rain policy and keep things fair for everyone.
What do we need to provide?
You will need to provide a large space for the Train to go around the event space. If you need a site inspection done before your event date please let us know.
