What is your cancellation policy?

We value your decision to book with us and want to be transparent about our cancellation and rescheduling policies.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your foam party to a different date, we are happy to do so at no additional cost. We understand plans can change and will do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellation & Refund

If you choose to cancel your booking entirely and remove your reservation from our calendar, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking fee.

This policy exists to ensure fairness. When you book with us, your time slot is reserved exclusively for your event and becomes unavailable to other customers. A full cancellation may result in lost opportunities for that date and time. The 50% refund helps cover those opportunity costs.

What if it rains?

We closely monitor weather conditions to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable foam party experience.

Pre-Event Weather Check

You have a 2-hour window before your scheduled start time to assess the weather and notify us if you’d like to postpone or reschedule due to adverse conditions. There is no charge for rescheduling during this window.

Rain During Travel or Setup

If rain begins while we are en route or upon arrival, we will wait up to 30 minutes to assess conditions.
If rain continues and rescheduling is required:

  • A $100 fee will apply

  • Any applicable travel fee (if outside the area) will also apply

  • The remaining balance will be credited toward your rescheduled party

Rain After Setup (Up to 29 Minutes of Foam)

If rain starts after setup and foam has been running for less than 30 minutes, we will wait 30 minutes.
If rain persists:

  • A $150 fee will apply

  • Any applicable travel fee will be deducted

  • The remaining balance will be credited toward a future date

Rain During Active Foam (30+ Minutes)

If rain begins after 30 or more minutes of foam activity, we will wait 30 minutes.
If rain continues, the event must conclude. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued, but we will offer a $50 discount toward your next foam party.

⚠️ Please note: We schedule parties back-to-back and cannot wait longer than 30 minutes for weather delays. It may be raining at your location while conditions are clear at our next event, so we must stay on schedule.

Light rain (sprinkles or mist) is usually fine unless there is lightning in the area.

Will the foam hurt my grass?

No.

Our foam is chemical-free and will not harm your grass. Any residue typically disappears within one to two days.

Please make sure:

  • Grass is freshly cut

  • The area is free of pet waste

(This helps keep things clean and enjoyable for everyone.)

Where should we have our foam party?

Our foam machine can cover an area of up to 25’ × 25’.

Foam works best on:

  • Grass (preferred)

  • Driveways
  • Parking lots

  • Closed-off roads

For larger events such as fairs or festivals, we can provide custom packages with multiple foam machines for groups of 50+.

When do you arrive to set up?

We arrive 30–45 minutes before your event to:

  • Evaluate the space

  • Locate water and power sources

  • Set up equipment

We must start on time.
The start time listed on your booking form is the start time we must follow.

Because events are scheduled back-to-back, we cannot wait for late guests. We recommend listing the foam start time 30 minutes after the event start time on your invitations to ensure guests are present.

How many kids can play in the foam at once?

We recommend no more than 30 kids at a time.

For schools or camps, it’s best to rotate groups:

  • 2 groups for a 1-hour party (30 minutes each), or

  • 3 groups of 20 minutes

Please have groups ready to go back-to-back so our attendants are not waiting between sessions.

Do you clean up after the party?

Yes. Our foam naturally dissipates in the sun, and we also spray down the area before leaving. You can run sprinklers or hose down the space afterward for extra cleanup if desired.

Is there anything we need to provide?

We only need:

  • A water spigot

  • A power outlet within 75 feet

  • Adult supervision for safety and crowd control

We bring everything else.

Should we tip the attendant?

Tipping is never required, but always appreciated! Our attendants work hard to deliver the bubbliest party possible.

Can you put foam into a swimming pool?

No. Absolutely not.

While it may sound fun, filling a swimming pool with foam is extremely dangerous.

Foam reduces visibility, making it impossible to see pool edges, steps, or other swimmers. Guests could slip, hit their head, or become submerged without being noticed. Foam can also be inhaled, creating a serious drowning risk.

🚫 Our insurance does not allow us to fill swimming pools with foam.

Additionally, foam can disrupt your pool’s chemical balance and cause water discoloration.

You may host a foam party near a pool, and small amounts of foam entering the pool are fine — we just cannot fill the pool itself.

What if it’s windy during my foam party?

Wind happens — and sometimes it makes things even more fun!

If it’s breezy, the foam may drift and create floating bubble clouds (which many guests love). Occasionally, foam may travel beyond the immediate party area. We do our best to adjust positioning, but wind can be unpredictable.

No matter where the foam goes, the fun continues!

How do Miami Foam Party Rentals work?

We arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up our foam machine using a 55-gallon barrel.

We also bring:

  • A professional sound system

  • Kid-friendly, high-energy music

A foam party includes music, dancing, excitement — just like a regular party — except the dance floor is covered in foam, which instantly takes the fun to the next level.

What should we wear to a foam party?
  • Lightweight shorts and shirts work great

  • Swimsuits are ideal for guests staying in the foam longer

  • Goggles are recommended for kids playing deep in the foam

We also suggest bringing a towel — things can get a little wild!

Is the foam safe for kids and pets?

Yes!

Our foam solution is:

  • Biodegradable

  • Non-toxic

  • Non-staining

  • Hypoallergenic

It is safe for babies, children, pets, lawns, gardens, and the environment.

The foam contains:

  • Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS)

  • Glycerol

  • Water

These ingredients are commonly found in everyday products like shampoo, toothpaste, and dish soap. Both SLS and glycerol are widely reviewed and approved for safe use by regulatory agencies including the U.S. FDA.

Do you get wet in the foam?

Yes — expect to get soaked!

Are foam parties only for kids?

Nope!

We host plenty of adult parties too. One mom famously called hers the “Bubbles, Boobs & Booze Bash.”

We bring the foam and music — you bring the fun. 😉

Can we have a foam party at a park?

Yes — and no.

Each park has different rules depending on whether it’s city, county, or state-run.

We:

  • Can provide a Certificate of Insurance if required

  • Are not permitted at Miami-Dade, Broward County, or Palm Beach County parks due to water-attraction restrictions

Always check with the park first before booking.

What about music?

We’ve curated the perfect foam party playlist over years of experience. Our music is mixed into a seamless one-hour track with announcements and no downtime.

If you’d like a custom playlist, there is a $100 fee to cover preparation time.

You may use your own music, but we strongly recommend ours for the best experience.

What about space and setup location?

We’ve done hundreds of foam parties and sometimes need to adjust the setup location due to:

  • Space limitations

  • Wind direction

  • Safety considerations

We’ll always try to honor your preferred spot, but if changes are needed, they’re made with the success and safety of your party in mind.

Ideal space: 25’ × 25’ of freshly cut grass.
